Glemser Technologies is seeking future technical leaders as part of our continued growth and increasing demand from our clients. This is a chance to join a growing IT professional services firm, with offices in Bethlehem PA, Bridgewater, NJ, Boston, MA, and New Delhi, India, which delivers IT solutions to some of the largest and most successful life sciences companies around the world.

We are currently looking for talented and motivated developers to help us design, develop and deploy content management solutions for our clients. The people we select will have skills in customizing, configuring and implementing applications, working with Java, XML, J2EE and related technologies.

We are open to hiring smart, energetic individuals with high aptitude but limited experience. Working with our seasoned software engineers, you will have a chance to work with the most current technologies and grow your development skills in a highly professional environment.

The candidates we are seeking would meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate college degree, preferably in computer science or related field
• 1 year post college experience preferred or related work experience via co-op
• Experience and knowledge of Java, XML, J2EE, and Documentum
• The ability to code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs
• Experience in building reusable, quality code adhering to standard coding practices
• Experience with formal systems development methodologies and SDLC models
• Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player
• Ability to travel on a limited basis but can include international trips
